The order is completed upon payment via the secure Stripe/PayPal systems. You will receive an email confirmation.
The product is digital and is delivered immediately after payment, via a personal link sent to the email you provide. Keep the link; contact us for any access issue.

In addition to your statutory rights, we voluntarily offer a satisfied-or-refunded guarantee valid for 14 days from the purchase date. A refund is available for genuine dissatisfaction with the product and is assessed on a case-by-case basis. As these are digital products available immediately, we reserve the right to decline a refund in cases of clear abuse, for example when the material has been downloaded and/or used in full for the sole purpose of obtaining it for free. For digital content supplied without a tangible medium, the legal right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has begun with the buyer’s express consent.
We commit to providing a product matching the description. For technical access problems, contact info@basicsly.com: we will fix it or refund you. On top of your legal rights, we offer a voluntary 14-day “satisfied or refunded” guarantee: if you’re not happy within 14 days of purchase, write to us and we’ll refund what you paid.
Italian law applies. For consumers, the court of their place of residence has jurisdiction. For disputes, you may turn to the competent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies.
